 简介：

GXZC系列薄膜蒸发器是一种通过旋转刮板强制成膜，可在真空条件下进行降膜蒸发的新型高效蒸发器。它传热系数大、蒸发强度高、过流时间短、操作弹性大，尤其适宜热敏性物料、高粘度物料及易结晶含颗粒物料的蒸发浓缩、脱气脱溶、蒸馏提纯。因此，在化工、石化、医药、农药、日化、食品、 精细化工等行业获得广泛应用。GXZC thin film evaporator is a new type of high efficiency evaporator, which is forced to form film by rotating scraper and can evaporate falling film in vacuum. It has high heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation intensity, short overflow time and high operating elasticity. It is especially suitable for evaporation concentration, degassing and desolution, distillation and purification of heat sensitive materials, high viscosity materials and easily crystallized particulate matter. Therefore, it has been widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, daily chemical, food, fine chemical and other industries.

 工作原理：

料液由加料管引入，经布料器分布，沿筒体内壁面下流。然后，料液被刮板所扫刮，在传热壁面上涂敷成膜。膜层受热蒸发后会减薄。后进入的料液又被后继而来的刮板所扫刮，形成新膜,再蒸友， 如此反复进行。料液渐被浓缩，最后由卸料锥卸出。蒸发出来的蒸汽，经分离筒，由出口排出经由冷凝器冷凝成液而捕集。

The feed liquid is introduced by the feeding pipe and distributed through the distributor, and flows down the inner wall of the cylinder. Then, the liquid is swept by the scraper and coated on the heat transfer wall to form a film. The film will thin after evaporation. The subsequent feed liquid is swept by the subsequent scraper, forming a new film, and then steaming friends, so repeatedly. The liquid is gradually concentrated and finally discharged from the discharging cone. The evaporated vapor is trapped through the separating cylinder and the outlet is discharged through the condenser to condense into liquid.

主要结构：

旋转刮板式薄膜蒸发器主要由电机、 减速机、密封装置、分离筒、布料器、气液 分离器、蒸发筒身、转子、刮板、底轴承、 出料筒等组成。其结构见（图一）
